Product Details

The main bearing is also named crankshaft bearing. Main bearings support crankshaft providing its rotation under inertia forces generated by the parts of the shaft and oscillating forces transmitted by the connecting rods. Main bearings are mounted in the crankcase. A main bearing consists of two parts: upper and lower. The upper part of a main bearing commonly has an oil groove on the inner surface. A main bearing has a hole for passing oil to the feed holes in the crankshaft. Some of main bearings may have thrust bearing elements supporting axial loads and preventing movements along the crankshaft axis. Main bearings of such type are called flange main bearings.

1, Bi-metal Bearings: we have developed high performance bi-metal aluminum alloy bearings which containing tin as a solid lubricant and silicon particles to enhance seizure resistance and load capacity. Our main bearings are best suited for heavy truck and other medium loaded diesel engines. The aluminum alloy bearings provides a balanced combination of good load capacity with good embedability and conformability with characteristics for absorbing debris and conforming to crankshaft misalignments and deflection

2, Tri-metal Bearing Material: Tri-metal bearing, specifically developed for high loaded engines. This development comprises an innovative technique that enables the formation of an ultra-thin hardened shield on the overlay surface. This shield, of nano-scale thickness, considerably reduces overlay wear. It also effectively suppresses the formation of fatigue cracks on the overlay surface.
